You'll need to return a completed 2022 Receiving Semen Contract, a completed Mare Information Sheet, a copy of your mare's registration papers and your $300.00 chute fee.
Do you want to bring a mare in for embryo transfer?
You’ll need to return a completed 2022 Embryo Transfer Contract, a completed Mare Information Sheet, a copy of your mare’s registration papers and your $300.00 chute fee. Additionally, you’ll need to provide us with the name and contact info of the facility you want your embryo shipped to. We recommend Jan Martin Equine Management. There is a link to Jan’s Shipped In Embryo Contract above (***Required before she will receive any embryo).
